Excellent rates for larger families. Polite staff, kids liked the pool.

Tons of flies, slanty beds, stale smoke smell, broken air cond. To bright to sleep at night due to broken white pvc blinds as window coverings no towels etc. If you have children, don't stay here.

Everything, we booked and payed for 2 nights but had to go somewhere else (Days Inn) the second night.

the staff were teriffic kept telling us if you need anything let us know ,when we needed more towels they got them right away. we had 2 rooms one family suite with 3 beds 2 tv's and a king jacuzi room .rooms are dated but very clean will definatly stay there again

the fact someone else parked out side of our rooms so we had to park on the other side but not the owners fault

The price was amazing. Never knew you could find a hotel at this price in Niagra so it was refreshing. Its a small little room however cozy at the same time. The tub is very deep and enjoyable. Will definitely be back...just wish it was a little closer to the falls.

The bathroom could of been a little more cleaner and prepared with some toilet paper but we enjoyed our experience.

The only things I liked were the price and the swimming pool. It is more thanatos ordinary. We didn't have enough towels, facecloths and we lacked toilet paper ! I'm a single mon and was travelling with 5 kids so the price and 3 double Beds in the room were practical. But there was no room cleaning NOTHiNG but every morning at 8 they clean the pool ? Our room was dirty when we checked in so I really recommand it for extremely low budget and people who can get pass dirty rooms for the whole stay.

It was a nice stay in Caravan inn, the manager is very nice man pilot and very helpful. A room was well furnished and pleasant I like the inn

no towels and milk left in fridge from previous guests...minor issue...rectified immediately by front desk...no concerns

It was simple, neat and cheap

The Caravan Inn was a very accommodating Inn. They asked if the room was ok. The price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly. We asked for directions and they helped us. It was a great stay. I would recommend this Inn for a family or a couple or someone travelling by themselves.

It was located only five minutes away from the falls. The price was very reasonable. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and I had a refrigrator and Microwave in the room and there was a small kitchen if needed.

The hotel furniture was old, but that is expected

well the hotel manager was very friendly he helped us alot we are very thank full to him and we request every one to go there to spend their holidays
